A 51-YEAR-OLD man convicted of harassment against a woman has been sentenced.
Paul Bernard Carmody, of Havelock Close, St Helens pleaded guilty at Merseyside Magistrates' Court.
He admitted to a charge of pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to harassment of a woman between December 6 and 18, 2019 in St Helens.
Carmody was given a two-year restraining order. He was also fined £180 and made to pay a £34 surcharge and £85 in costs to the CPS, making £299 in total.
