OFFICERS have been called out to deal with inconsiderate parking in Pickmere after a car was blocked in.
Cheshire Police were called at 1.48pm today, May 28, to deal with the issue in Clover Drive.
The force says the incident is ongoing, with officers remaining at the scene.
It comes less than two weeks after police warned drivers of a crackdown on problem parking.
Visitors to Pickmere Lake were told that officers would be stepping up patrols if the issue continued, following the loosening of lockdown restrictions earlier this month.
In a post on Twitter, High Legh and Mobberley Police said: “I have received complaints regarding parking within the proximity of Pickmere Lake. I will be targeting this area over the coming weeks.
“Please be considerate when parking, adhere to the Highway Code and refrain from parking on the pavement. You have been warned.”
Officers were also on patrol in the area over the weekend to monitor parking.
