A 46-YEAR-OLD man accused of stealing an electric saw and pond filter from a garden shed will appear in court.
Shaun Peter Cook, of Pennine Drive, Parr is charged with entering a garden shed as a trespasser.
He is accused of stealing an electric circular saw and a pond filter.
He was due to appear at Merseyside Magistrates' Court.
The case has been adjourned until June 4 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
