A 24-YEAR-OLD man accused of actual bodily harm and causing damage to a pub building window will face court.
Daniel Delaney, of Sefton Street, Newton-le-Willows was sue to appear at Merseyside Magistrates' Court.
Delaney is charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm on December 22, 2019 on High Street, Newton.
He is also accused of causing £400 worth of damage to a window of The Blue Lion pub building.
The case was adjourned until July 15 due to the coronavirus pandemic, when Delaney is next due to appear.
