A MAN accused of fraud by making false representation will appear in court.
Anthony Matthew Noblett, of Scholes Lane, Thatto Heath, has been charged with six fraud offences.
Noblett, 31, is accused of committing fraud by dishonestly making a false representation to cause loss to another person.
He is accused of committing the offences on December 16, 2018 and on December 26, 2018.
On December 16, Noblett is accused of causing a loss of £14.69 for Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands with Steam Games.
He is also accused of causing a loss of £15.49 for The Forest and of £44.99 for Call of Duty Black Ops III Zombies Chronicles Edition.
Noblett is also accused of on December 26 causing a loss of £50 twice for wallet credit on Steam Games.
He is also accused of causing as loss of £49.99 for a Sony PlayStation Classic Console and of £59.99 for a CUBOT J3 Android Go Smartphone from Amazon.
Noblett was due to appear at Merseyside Magistrates' Court on May 5.
The case was adjourned due to the coronavirus pandemic.
He will next appear in court on July 15.
