THE charred remains of some "interesting documents" were among waste flytipped near Old Colwyn.
North Wales Police's Rural Crime Team found the items on the morning of Tuesday, April 7.
A spokesperson for the unit tweeted: "Well not the best start to the morning having to search through some selfish person's waste that they think is acceptable to leave in Llanelian, Old Colwyn
"Amongst the remnants of their weekend barbecue are some interesting documents.
"Oh dear - I hope your barbecue was worth it."
