A 22-year-old from Deptford has been charged alongside a teenager from Bracknell after a man was seriously assaulted and stabbed multiple times on March 27.

Callum Fenton, of Glashier Street, Deptford, was arrested and charged with grevious bodily harm with intent, whilst 18-year-old Jaedon Smith was charged with a number of offences, including possession of a bladed article in public.

The charges follow an incident late last month when a 33-year-old was attacked in Canterville Place, Bracknell, and was stabbed multiple times by his assailants.

The victim was rushed to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.

Fenton just faces the one charge in connectino with the 'serious assault', and both defendants were remanded in custody to appear before a magistrates court on Friday, April 3.

Smith, of North Green, Bracknell, has also been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent, as well as possession of a bladed article in a public place, possession with intent to supply class A drugs (heroin) and class B drugs (cannabis) and acquiring/using/possessing criminal property.

A third man, a 19-year-old from Bracknell has been released on conditional police bail until April 27.
