A beauty salon is seekign to change use of two first floor flats
A BEAUTY salon is seeking to expand by turning two first floor flats into treatment rooms, along with a kitchen and toilet.
Proposals for a change of use of two first floor flats to a beauty salon at 24 Victoria Terrace, Rainhill have been submitted.
The treatment rooms and new facilities would be situated above the existing Escape Beauty & Spa.
Two full time and one part-time position would be created, say plans to add to the existing four full-time and one part-time employees.
