ONE thing that is on everyone's mind during this coronavirus lockdown is FOOD.
What bits do we need to pick up on essential shopping trip? How can I make dishes more exciting? How do I avoid eating comfort food and stay healthy during these unprecedented times?
All questions that may have entered your mind, but fear not, Craven College has come to save the day.
Catering Tutor, Richard Newall, will be hosting a Cookalong Live TOMORROW.
He will show you how to make a healthy cottage pie, while also giving out tips for eating well on lockdown.

The demonstration begins at 12pm, on Wednesday, April 1.
The ingredients and equipment you'll need are as follows:
Ingredients:
- 200g Minced Beef
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 50g Mushrooms
- 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Vegetable or Beef stock cube
- Fresh or dried Herbs (Mixed herbs or Oregano or Rosemary)
- Salt and Pepper
- 600g Sweet Potato
- 30ml Milk
Equipment:
- Oven proof dish 10cm x 15cm
- Saucepan
- Chopping board
- Knife
- Wooden spoon
- Fork
- Potato Masher
