COMEDIAN Johnny Vegas is out and about in the community delivering food and essential items to the elderly and vulnerable during coronavirus isolation.
Last week, Andy Mikhail, owner of The Eccleston Arms, announced that he would turn the bedroom part of the venue into a shop for NHS and emergency workers during the COVID-19 crisis.
Now he is also using the venue as a base to deliver food to those who need it the most, the elderly and vulnerable.
However he is not alone, and today Thatto Heath's own Johnny Vegas, whose real name is Michael Pennington, joined Andy and members of The Steve Prescott Foundation on the 'VegasBus' to deliver food to those in need.
Above is a video of Johnny's first delivery, and the shocked residents who opened their doors to find him there.
