Police and air ambulance have attended
EMERGENCY services have been called to the East Lancs Road this afternoon due to a collision.
Police and air ambulance have attended the scene near to the Lady Pilkington Bridge this afternoon (Tuesday).
A police spokesman said at 5.30pm that patrols are at the scene.
A cyclist is believed to have sustained an injury in the collision. The injury is "non-life threatening", the spokesman added.
