PLANS to convert a residential property into a house of multiple occupation have been approved by the council.
Applicant Janice Reekie submitted proposals last month to St Helens Council which seek to change the use of the property at 41 Junction Lane, Sutton.
The plans are for a HMO with five bedrooms to cater for a maximum of eight people.
The local authority has given the plans the go-ahead.
