A 25-YEAR-OLD who pleaded guilty to four assaults and to criminal damage has been given a suspended prison sentence.
Philip Catterall, of Elmfield Close, Thatto Heath admitted to four counts of assault by beating at Merseyside Magistrates' Court.
Catterall admitted to the assaults on four different victims, three female and one male.
Three of the assaults took place in Thatto Heath and one in Moss Bank.
He also pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal damage to a house front door in Moss Bank.
All offences were committed on June 29, 2019.
Catterall was given a 24-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months at Merseyside Magistrates' Court.
He must also take part in up to 30 days' rehabilitation activity and carry out 100 hours of unpaid work over a 12-month period.
Catterall must also pay £611 in compensation in total and was also given a restraining order.
