Plans have been approved
PLANS have been approved to turn a former doctors' surgery into a residential property have been submitted.
Proposals to convert the property at 48 Bridge Street, Newton-le-Willows have been given the go-ahead.
Plans had been submitted to the council in January and have been approved by planning officers.
