SAINTS lost makeshift centre James Bentley with an ankle injury in tonight's 32-0 win over Toronto at Warrington.

The versatile Bentley had been switched to the three-quarters in the place of long-term casualty Mark Percival.

But he had to be helped off late in the second half and replaced out there by Morgan Knowles.

Coach Kristian Woolf said: "At the moment whoever we put into that centre spot keeps copping injuries.

"He was doing a terrific job too.

"He is a good young player who is coming along. no matter what position we put him in.

"He has an ankle injury that we will have to get a scan, but the early indications are that it is not too bad.

"It is certainly going to be a couple of weeks."
