FORECASTERS are predicting a dry morning for Sunday's GPW Recruitment St Helens 10K - but it is going to be a cold one with gusts of wind.
The Met Office's forecast for St Helens on Sunday, March 1 is for a temperature of 4C but it will feel like 0C.
A yellow weather warning for wind is in place for the region. There could be gusts of more than 30mph in St Helens, according to the Met Office.

There is no suggestion there will be rain showers, however. Sunny intervals are expected.
