Plans have been approved
PLANS to convert apartments into a house of multiple occupancy have been given the green light.
Proposals were submitted by applicant Anthony Edwards seeking permission to change the 13 serviced apartments at 130 Napier Street, St Helens into a 12-bedroom HMO.
Planning officer Daley parsonage gave the proposals the go-ahead.
