MOTORISTS are warned over possible congestion as works to install a pedestrian crossing on a road start.
Works are due to begin on Boardmans Lane, Parr on Monday (February 24), says St Helens Council.
The works to install a pedestrian crossing are expected to take approximately three weeks to complete.
Motorists are warned over potential disruption due to the works.
