NEWTON-LE-WILLOWS Library was spellbound as the annual Harry Potter Book Night was celebrated.
Fancy dress and wizarding robes was on show at event which celebrates the hit book series by JK Rowling.
Young wizards, witches and Muggles entered the library through Platform 9 ¾ before being sorted into their Hogwarts Houses by the library’s very own Sorting Hat.
Children were treated to an evening of crafts, activities and games, including a Triwizard Tournament.
Meanwhile, a magical menagerie was also in the library during the evening as a number of fantastic beasts were on display, courtesy of Dylan’s Reptiles.
