1 Join the Furness Abbey Fellowship for their annual general meeting tonight at 7pm.

The meeting is a friendly and sociable event and is open to members of the fellowship and the general public.

After the business and committee selection is completed, a quiz and raffle will take place.

2 The Greatest Family Show, will start at 2pm this Saturday at The Forum.

The Ultimate Events UK mascots will meet and greet the entire family.

Watch on as a Disney Princess springs to life in song and dance - and meet Mary Poppins who will have some surprises in her bag.

The show will also include circus acts, a mystery guest, a sweet stall and a bar.

3 Support the Bluebirds as they take on Torquay United on Saturday.

Barrow AFC will face Torquay in this National League clash.

Kick off is at 3pm at the Progression Solicitors Stadium, Barrow.

4 Feel the music at the first anniversary of rock nights at the Ivy Leaf, Kendal.

Hometown heroes Solomon will be playing their mix of heavy metal and hard rock classics as well as their own original tunes.

Toothfish will also be supporting, along with Heavy Energy who will be opening up the evenings entertainment.

5 The Greatest of Shows, will be at The Forum, Barrow at 7.30pm on Saturday. This all singing, all dancing concert features stilt walkers, acrobats and more. The brilliantly choreographed dance routines, costumes and medleys will transport you on a musical journey.

6 Singers Voice are performing at the popular ‘Sunday Night Live’, organised by St Mark’s Church and hosted at Costa Coffee, Dalton Road, Barrow.

The singers will be performing on February 2 from 6.30pm-8pm with doors opening at 6pm.
