The 12 month programme includes four residential retreats in Anglesey across the year.
Lucam Retreats has liaised with partners including the council, police and the RAF in Anglesey.
Kirsty Heyes, director, said: "We want to give all young people the opportunity to succeed whatever their background.
"The I-Can programme will allow Young People to explore their talents and skills, not everyone is academic but I believe by exploring other avenues it can open up other opportunities that they may not have been given before. Our programme is unique in that, not only does it offer job skills, we also cover life skills and mental health issues.
