Duffy has pleaded guilty to the offences
A MAN who has admitted to an assault and causing criminal damage is to be sentenced next month.
Gareth Duffy, of Robins Lane, Sutton, pleaded guilty to assault by beating and causing criminal damage at Merseyside Magistrates' Court.
On October 28, 2019 Duffy assaulted a woman on Lower Hall Street, St Helens and damaged the interior light of a vehicle.
Duffy has been remanded on bail until Monday, February 17 when he is due to be sentenced.
