A DRINK driver who had a bag of cannabis in his possession has been given a community order and a fine.
Christopher Alan Clark, of Hayfield Way, Clock Face was sentenced at Merseyside Magistrates' Court.
Clark, 44, pleaded guilty to driving a Mitsubishi on Gorsey Lane, Clock Face on November 28, 2019 while in excess of the alcohol limit.
He also admitted to possession of cannabis.
Clark was given a community order and must carry out 160 hours of unpaid work over a 12-month period.
He must also undertake rehabilitation activity of up to 10 days.
Clark was also ordered to pay a £90 surcharge and £85 in costs.
