MOTORISTS are being alerted to a closure which are expected to be in place for two weeks due to repairs of a collapsed sewer.

St Helens Council has issued a warning to motorists in Haydock that Station Road rear, between numbers four and 146, has been closed to allow for repairs to be carried out by United Utilities.
The works are to repair a collapsed sewer at the location.
It is expected the closure will be in place until January 20.
