PLANS have been drawn up to convert a former wedding dress shop premises into a dog grooming business.
Proposals have been drawn up for the premises at 228 Crow Lane East, Newton-le-Willows.
Applicant Rebecca Vowles has submitted the plans.
The application states the only big change would be the installation of a dog bath.
