WARRINGTON Town took a point from their trip to Tyneside as they shared the spoils with 10-man league leaders South Shields.

Nathan Lowe was dismissed on the stroke of half time for the Mariners after he was adjudged to have gone in dangerously on Mitch Duggan.

That came shortly after Robert Briggs had curled in a superb equaliser for the hosts, cancelling out Ben Garrity's 10th goal of the season - scrambled over the line from a corner - for Yellows.
