MOTORISTS are warned that a set of traffic lights on the East Lancs Road are out this morning (Monday).

St Helens Council said the lights are out at the junction with Carr Mill.
Drivers are urged to be careful in the area.
Engineers have been sent to the location to deal with the issue.
