PLANS to convert a former dance studio into a coffee shop and premises for a women's hub have been approved.
Proposals were submitted to the council seeking to change the use of the vacant premises at 13 to 15 North Road, St Helens.
The plans are to change the use of the ground floor into a coffee shop and a partial change of use of the first floor from a flat to an office.
The application, submitted by Leanne Corkery, stated the premises would also be used as a women's hub offering workshops.
St Helens Council planning officers have given the conversion the go-ahead.
