There are train delays
TRAIN journeys have been delayed this morning after a lorry struck a railway bridge at Garswood.
Strange Road, Garswood is partially blocked due to the bridge being struck by vehicle.

Traffic is said to be coping well.
Northern say that services have experienced delays on the line which travels between Wigan North Western and Liverpool and includes stops at St Helens Central, Thatto Heath, Eccleston Park and Prescot.
Disruptions are expected to have ended by midday.
