A PLANNING application has been drawn up to create five four-bedroom homes in Haydock.
The proposals seek to build the homes on the land of the former 388 Clipsley Lane, Haydock.
Plans, submitted by Jeremy Simm, state the proposed development is for "five family dwellings, with four bedrooms, each with a garage, driveway and a garden".
They add: "The proposed development's housing numbers" are "appropriate given the size and significant location of Clipsley Lodge and what is effectively a brownfield site".
It concludes: "Overall the properties have strong architectural merit that will complement and enhance the character of Haydock".
