Newton-le-Willows station
IN answer to the letter about Newton-le-Willows railway station, my husband and myself used this station to travel to Sale a couple of weeks ago and I have to say what a pleasure it was.
We used the bus which took us to right outside the station. The ticket office was just inside the entrance and there was a lift that took us to the platform we wanted.
It was the same coming home with no trouble whatsoever, so congratulations to the designers.
