A GIANT pink bus parked up in Warrington last week in a bid to get more women checking for breast cancer symptoms.
As part of the Prevent Breast Cancer campaign, the Boobee bus has been driving across the region during October to help raise awareness of the disease.
On Friday it stopped at Sainsburys on Church Street where women were encouraged to go onboard to find out more about breast health.
A specialist breast cancer nurse was also on hand to give advice and to answer any specific concerns.
Risk factors were discussed with women and the work of world-leading Manchester scientists and clinicians who aim to prevent breast cancer for future generations was also showcased.
