The Red Lion pub in Sutton
A MAN has been charged in connection with a robbery at a pub.
The robbery took place at The Red Lion on Robins Lane, Sutton.

It was reported a man entered the private area of the pub building before threatening a woman and stealing cash from the premises.
Colin Leyland, 43, of no fixed address was arrested in connection with the robbery.
Police have subsequently charged Leyland robbery.
Leyland will appear at Liverpool Magistrates' Court today
He was remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool Magistrates' Court today (Monday, October 21).
