A 37-YEAR-OLD man has been arrest and charged with possession of a locking knife and handling stolen goods.
Officers on patrol on Liverpool Road, St Helens on Wednesday, October 16, arrested a man on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and handling stolen goods.
Today, Craig Briscoe, of Ormside Grove was charged with both offences and remanded in custody.
He will appear at Liverpool Magistrates' Court on Thursday, October 31.
