ST HELENS Council says that normal traffic lights are back in use of Windle Island.
Temporary light signals had been in use at the location due to "remedial works".

This morning, Merseyside Police had issued a warning as the temporary lights went out this morning before they came back on at 7.30am.
A council spokesman said: "The temporary lights were out earlier this morning but came back on at 7.30am.
The temporary lights, which were used for the remedial works, have since been removed and the normal traffic signals are back in operation."
