SAINTS chairman Eamonn McManus expressed his delight after Saints' Grand Final triumph admitting the club had been through "a frustrating few years".
Saturday's victory over Salford at Old Trafford saw Saints win their first major trophy in five years.

The Saints chairman admitted the pressure was on the team to perform after recent big game disappointments including the Challenge Cup final at Wembley seven weeks previously.
However, a dominant Saints display in the 23-6 put paid to any doubts hanging over the club's ability to perform in the big games.
And the sight of the Saints chairman dancing on the Old Trafford pitch after the match encapsulated the joy felt by the club and its supporters.
Asked for his reaction after the match on Sky Sports, Mr McManus said: "It's one of total happiness for everybody involved in the club.
"We've been through a frustrating few years where we've really not got to quite where we should be and the pressure was all on us today to perform and we did.
"We did the job professionally and I'd really like to thank Salford and their supporters for introducing such a great atmosphere today and setting a standard for other clubs that should be followed."

He added that having a lot of the pre-match focus on underdogs Salford probably helped the team and added there was a "determination" for them to get the job done.
"We were quite happy that over the last week we weren't mentioned, there was a real determination particularly after the Challenge Cup. It reminded me of 2002 when we got beaten unexpectedly by Wigan in the Challenge Cup and came back from that and won the Grand Final.
"It's a very similar feeling today and I'm just ecstatic for our town, our supporters, the team who put so much hard work into it, they've got so much talent but more importantly so many young guys from our town from our academy and it makes it better.
"And for Justin, what a great two and a half years, goodbye, good luck, we wish you all the best, you leave as a good coach and as a good friend."
