Detectives have charged a man
DETECTIVES have charged with robbery after a woman delivery driver was targeted.
A driver was returning to her van after making a delivery in Ullswater Avenue, Clinkham Wood when she was pulled away.
An offender then drove off in the vehicle.

The woman was left uninjured but very shaken.
The robbery happened at around 10.15am on Thursday, March 14 this year.
Police have charged 32-year-old Kevin Andrews, from Wigan, with robbery.
Andrews will next appear at Liverpool Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, November 5.
