'Big John' Herbert
‘BIG JOHN’ Herbert was one of the nicest, honest, hard working, friendly gents you could ever wish to meet.
John loved his children Charlotte and Harry more than anything in the whole world.
Although we never ever met them personally, we felt as though we knew them because John always spoke of them with much pride.
Our love of both Everton FC and Saints kept us chatting for ages.
John will be very sadly missed.
