AWARENESS of childhood cancer took centre stage at Bolton's Amazon branch in September.
Staff at Amazon hosted a special day to highlight innovative work being done by hospitals and charities to boost the chances of survival for youngsters suffering from cancer.
The pyjama day paid tribute to poorly children who can spend a long period of time living in their pyjamas during treatment and recovery.
The Amazon team made a £3,000 donation to Salford based charity Kidscan Children’s Cancer Research, which said the donation will be used to fund and manage research into new and improved treatments for children with cancer.
