Plans have been submitted
PLANS are seeking to turn a first floor flat into a beauty salon.
Proposals are for the residential flat to be turned into commercial premises above Scissor Sisters salon on Bradlegh Road, Newton-le-Willows.
Plans, submitted by owner, Wendy Hyland have been submitted to St Helens Council.
Proposals state there could be three people employed by the upstairs premises.
Proposed opening hours are 9am to 4pm on Tuesday and Wednesdays, 9am to 5pm on a Thursday and 9am to 7pm on a Friday.
On Saturday proposed hours are 9am to 3pm and possibly 9am to 2pm.
Consultation on plans is until Thursday, October 10.
