Police have arrested a suspect in connection with the burglary
POLICE have arrested a 26-year-old man in connection with the night-time burglary of a home during which a vehicle was stolen.
A suspect, from Kirkby, was arrested in connection with the break-in which took place at an address on Rainford Road, Windle.

The burglary happened overnight on Monday, March 25 this year.
The stolen vehicle was located several days afterwards in the Everton area of Liverpool.
Officers made the arrest yesterday (Monday).
The suspect remains under investigation, police say.
