FAST food chain KFC is aiming to open new outlets in St Helens and in Prescot by the end of 2020.
St Helens and Prescot are among the chain's target areas.

The proposed branches in St Helens and Prescot would both be drive-thrus.
St Helens is already home to one KFC on Todd Road, off Linkway East.
The proposed new openings are part of the company's ambitions for more than 1,000 stores in the British Isles by the end of 2020.
A spokesman for the company said: "We have bold ambitions to have over 1,000 stores in the UK and Ireland by 2020.
"We are looking to build over 50 new stores a year."
