Woman, 69, arrested on suspicion of drink driving after crash
A 69-YEAR-OLD woman has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving following a crash on Vista Road.
Police were called just after 3.05pm to reports of a black Citroen C3 having crashed into a lamppost on Vista Road, Newton-le-Willows, blocking traffic.
A woman has since been arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
The vehicle was recovered at 4.15pm.
