COUNCIL officials are dealing with an incident involving the land train between Bournemouth Pier and Durley Chine, according to witnesses.
It is understood a young boy has been hurt.
One witness said a "scream" was heard. The toddler is receiving first aid from lifeguards and council staff.
The land train, which was travelling towards the pier, has been halted and barriers have been put around it.
The incident happened outside the wedding tent. A wedding is currently taking place at the venue.
It is understood a guest rushed to help the youngster.
An ambulance was seen travelling as far as the amusements. However, it turned around before reaching the land train.
The Daily Echo has contacted the South Western Ambulance Service.
