IN regards to the report about the county lines.
Vulnerable young people are being exploited, after being groomed, and this is maintained with threats, drugs, violence.
It is a growing problem where young vulnerable people are being recruited and find themselves tangled up in something they have little control over.
It is also not restricted to children in care.
