Ray's honour is well deserved
IN reply to the story about how Ray French will be recognised by the man of the match award at Wembley’s 1895 cup final being named after him.
Ray is one of my favourite rugby league people and is highly respected.
It was an honour and a pleasure for me to be a Cowley school governor whilst Ray was still teaching there in the 80/90s.
The headmaster Mr Ryder had nothing but good to say about him.
