A RESTAURANT is in the running to win two awards this evening, Monday.
Holdi Rainford Indian Restaurant on Ormskirk Road has been nominated for accolades at the English Curry Awards.
It has been shortlisted for the award's Most Wanted Restaurant of the year in the North West category and the Best Team of the Year section.
The restaurant group has enjoyed success at the awards before.

Manager Abdul Kalam, 38, said: "I am delighted that the restaurant is nominated for two awards at this year's prestigious English Curry Awards.
"The team have worked very hard over the years and the recognition is deserving of the hard work, dedication and passion my team have for the catering and hospitality sector.
"The recipes have been passed down from generations of Bangladeshi origin through travelling across south Asia."
