THE abuse of disabled spaces needs addressing and Windle Island is a classic example.
There’s one disabled space outside Tesco and it’s always filled with non blue badge vehicles.
The other day two people were sitting off in it eating their lunch. Leaving me, struggling carrying a four-year-old with limited mobility into the store.
I don’t know if it’s just because it’s short stay people think it doesn’t matter, but it really does.
