There are delays on the M6
THERE are severe traffic delays this morning due to a multi-vehicle crash on the M6.

Two lanes have been closed and long delays are in place after the accident on the M6 southbound from Junction 23 A580 East Lancashire Road (Haydock) to Junction 22 A49 Winwick Link Road (Newton-le-Willows).
There is congestion to Junction 26 (M58 Orrell interchange).
There are currently delays of 30 minutes against expected travel times.
Lanes two and three (of three) are closed.
The event is expected to clear between 11.15am and 11.30am.
