Recycling boxes too big to manoeuvre?
REGARDING the proposed new recycling bins, they look too big to handle for elderly or vulnerable residents, and maybe too big to manoeuvre round our houses.
How would we remember which drawer to use for different items? It seems like a headache to me, not to mention retrieving all the drawers when they have been emptied.
It would necessitate bending to pick up all the drawers which I imagine would be scattered on footpaths or roads, causing health and safety issues.
